In a hectic schedule it can be difficult to set aside enough time to exercise, to achieve the goals one has set oneself.
The desire is as an effective form of exercise that gives good results with new energy.

Pilates is an effective exercise method that gives rapid results in the shape of improved posture, stability and strength. In addition, training profits in everyday life and well-being.

In Pilates we focus on the fundamental principles of proper breathing and centering, together with simple and basic Pilates exercises. You will develop strength in core muscles, improve balance and coordination.

 

The lessons are led by a physiotherapist who adapts the exercises to suit both beginners and those who have trained for a while.

 

Mondays, 9:30am - 10:30am in English

The course is held over a period of 10 sessions.
