In Pilates we
focus on the fundamental principles of proper breathing and centering,
together with simple and basic Pilates exercises. You will develop
strength in core muscles, improve balance and coordination.
The lessons
are led by a physiotherapist who adapts the exercises to suit both
beginners and those who have trained for a while.
