LIFESTYLE COURSE
Hinna Physiotherapy has, based on long experience, seen the need for lifestyle courses for men and women with overweight, and/or health conditions that requires a change of lifestyle.
Our program is based on diet and exercise guidance, with individual follow-up. The course takes place in groups led by a physiotherapist.
We work with Forusakutten that is an approved Fedon Lindberg clinic, and that has specially trained doctors in weight loss and lifestyle diseases.
